Something Blue Weddings & Events provides wedding planning and coordination services, vendor matching, and related event services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Wedding planning consultations and coordination
  • Vendor recommendations and matching
  • Timeline creation and management
  • Day-of coordination
  • Venue partnership coordination

Our core wedding planning services are provided at no cost to couples. We earn revenue through referral partnerships with our vendor network. Day-of coordination may be subject to additional fees as outlined on our website.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services are facilitated through third-party platforms, including Sixpence (sixpence.app), for planning coordination and payment processing. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party platforms.

User Responsibilities

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Communicate respectfully with our team, vendors, and venue partners
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Not interfere with the proper operation of our Site
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site or systems

Vendor and Venue Relationships

Something Blue connects couples with third-party vendors and venues. While we vet our partners and recommend professionals we trust, we are not a party to any agreements between you and individual vendors or venues. Any contracts, payments, or disputes with vendors or venues are between you and the respective vendor or venue.

Payment Processing

Vendor payments made through our platform are processed by Sixpence, which charges a standard processing fee. All payment terms, fees, and processing details are governed by Sixpence's terms of service. You will always see the exact total before confirming any payment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Something Blue Weddings & Events or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Something Blue Weddings & Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from vendor or venue performance, event outcomes, or any interruption of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Something Blue Weddings & Events, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Site or services or your violation of these Terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

Since our core planning services are free, no refund is applicable for planning services. For day-of coordination services or any paid add-ons, cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of our Site and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
